1. Learning and Development Manager

The Church seeks a learning and development specialist to lead the training planning, coordination and delivery function. The individual needs to be a proactive person with excellent planning and organizing skills, research skills, good writing and sound communication skills. The individual will be required to source and maintain a relationship with external vendors. This role also includes regular interaction with our branches across the country to identify training requirements and liaise with leadership to plan and coordinate/deliver leadership training.This is an executive position and the individual will report to the Archbishop’s Office.  2. Conference Volunteers

The Church is looking for individuals to serve in the upcoming Conference to be held in Durban in March 2012. Interested individuals need to attend the full conference, or at least 5 out of the 7 conference days. The individual must be a person of good standing within the church who displays commitment, friendliness/cheerfulness, resilience and hard work.
